The metal hardware is also 25mm. This model can be adapted to smaller dogs, but the hardware will always be 25mm. Maintenance guide
All metal quick release buckles require regular maintenance to ensure proper and safe operation.
This is to lubricate the quick release metal buckle.
After wetting it, let it dry, clean the spring of mud and spray it with a little lubricant. This will keep the buckle working well.

Check that the collar is tight enough. If the collar is loose around the neck, both triggers may be accidentally pressed at the same time, causing the buckle to open randomly.

Make sure your dog is wearing the correct size collar, that the buckle makes a "click" sound when it closes, and that there is no hair caught inside.

**WASHING**

To keep the necklace looking beautiful for longer, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle 30 degree cycle and place in a washing bag.

Make sure the collar fits properly, place two fingers between the dog's neck and the collar to check that it is not too tight.
As with all collars, check the collar regularly for wear and replace if necessary.
Do not leave your collar within reach of your pet when not in use, I cannot replace or refund products that have been damaged/chewed.
